Stress Relief Tips Adapted from Dr. Robert Schuller

He has a wonderful acronym for stress:

S - Sing: Pick a song, whistle, put music into your life. Select healthy music: music that makes you feel good.

T - Think positively. If you call stress by its right name...you will simply call it negative thinking.

R - Rest Live God's way...charge your emotions on Sunday...go to church it's good for your body as well as your soul.

E - Exercise: Follow a fitness program, exercises and eat right.

S - Seek the good around you. The world is hungry for good people who are kind, helpful, and good.

S - Survive: You'll be a survivor when you turn a negative thing called stress into a positive thing.

What can you do to help insure that your body has what it needs in order maintain optimal health? To be able to deal with stressful situations?

The answer is very complex, yet most research concludes that the answer depends strongly on your nutritional and lifestyle choices. The ONLY way your body gets its energy is to feed it nutritionally-balanced foods.
