Go Back And Wash Your Hands

… Says your mother and she is right!

Hand washing is your best protection against any disease, infection, or unknown elements.

Don't you just hate it when you have to follow someone out the washroom KNOWING they haven't washed their hands! (And it's just as important for guys as it is for gals.)

I recall following the president of a large company out of the beautiful corporate washroom, knowing she hadn't washed her hands and now we were going congratulate a group of long-term employees. It took a lot of restraint on my part not to say anything. Apart from my social visit, we were also giving flu shots to the hundreds of staff members. You can bet the family farm that I talked hand washing every chance I got to those employees!

Water alone does a great job, if you can't find soap! Add a little soap and you way ahead of the game. Your odds of getting what everyone else is generously passing around are lessened considerably. It's not sissy-ish to wash your hands. It just makes good sense. Why pick up germs, pass them to your family, and then get everyone sick? You don't have to make a fetish out of it.

Nor do you have to use the special soaps unless you work in a health center or hospital. Anti-microbial soaps may cause you problems in creating sensitivities and /or desensitizing your body to the power of the germ fighting agents in them. When you need them to work, they may not, so avoid them unless you really need them.

Wash your hands. Dry them really well. Apply a little hand cream and you will be comfortable and healthy.
